+about me

My name is Taner, a curious and passionate health and user-oriented design engineer from the Netherlands. I just finished my graduation project at the R&D innovation hub department at Bosch Thermotechnology. I previously did my internship at Envision AI for four months as a product design engineer, as well as an internship as a visual strategic designer at Jam Visual Thinking. As a part-timer I’ve done some visual strategic projects for several clients. I recently (8th of April, 2022) finished my masters in Integrated Product Design in the University Of Technology Delft.
I finished my bachelor of science degree at the faculty of industrial design engineering(IDE) at the University Of Technology Delft. My bachelor degree included an additional certificate to teach physics at the secondary school/high school in the Netherlands. While studying my masters, I’ve been teaching for 5 years and taught Information Technology and Physics at a high school in Vlaardingen. Other educational experiences were the job I fulfilled as a teaching assistant in the drawing and design classes at both the bachelor and master design drawing courses at the IDE faculty. I am planning to combine teaching and to work as a product/service designer.
Both my working experience, educational and teaching background have led me to develop many interests such as medical and health design, automotive design, user experience design, machine learning, programming and practical electronics. The combination of my technical and creative interests result into an open and curious mindset. Furthermore I would describe myself as an analytic and out of the box with a talent for creating products of the future.
In my spare-time I love to draw & paint (digitally), play the (classical) guitar, produce music on FL, running and hanging out with my family and friends.
